Bend, stretch, spin, and press different materials into prototypes or finished products with sheet metal forming services by Stuecklen Manufacturing Company. We take sheets of high-quality materials and shape them according to your specifications to create parts and components custom-made for your industry nationwide and in Canada.

We specialize in a range of popular sheet metal shaping techniques.

What Types of Sheet Metal Can We Shape?

You may be working in an industry that requires a specific type of material for its strength, look, ability to withstand certain chemicals, or hygienic nature. We can shape both unfinished and finished sheet metal, including perforated, plastic covered, Teflon-coated, anodized, and chrome plated.

By pairing your desired metal with the right shaping technique, we can even create smooth, seamless parts that need little to no finishing.

What Shapes Can We Make?

We understand that sheet metal forming is not a one size fits all service. Pharmaceutical manufacturers will need different solutions than an automotive company, furniture manufacturer, or lighting design facility. Sheet metal forming techniques like CNC machining and hydroforming mean you can get precision without sacrificing versatility or material integrity.

We love a challenge. What can we shape for you?

How Can I Save On Tooling?

In order to go from a sheet of steel to a tank, reflector, housing, or tray requires the right tooling. Tooling for metal parts manufacturing can get expensive, especially in the prototype phase. Every adjustment in your design means the development of new tools to shape your materials.

Flat Sheet Metal Hydroforming Uses Half The Tools

With flat sheet hydroforming, you only require the male half of your tooling set. Because this male half will only be exposed to a rubber diagram, you get little to no wear. If you already have the tooling, we can use your tooling. Otherwise, we can design custom tooling for you according to your specifications.
